node 24.14.0 already ships npm 11.9.0 (>= 11.5.1 required by OIDC trusted publishing); npm@latest is now v12 which requires node ^24.15.0 and breaks the job with EBADENGINE Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
