Next and previous buttons do not respect sort order #3027

Describe the bug
Hi,
When viewing photos sorted by Modified date and clicking next, the next file is the next by alphabetical order, not by modified date.
Nextcloud version: 32.0.2
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to a folder containing pictures
- Click "Modified" to sort by modified date
- Click a picture
- Click next
- The next picture is the next one in alphabetical order
Expected behavior
The next picture should be the next by modified date.

Fixed for 36.
test(viewer): cover the active sort order in next and previous
fix(viewer): order a fetched folder like the files list does

Fixed in the new viewer: next and previous follow the order of the Files list, including sorting by modified date.
