Nextcloud 32 (Hub 25 Autumn) support

Hi,

Nextcloud 32 (AKA Nextcloud Hub 25 Autumn) was just released, and twofactor_admin is not marked compatible with this version.

Hope to see a twofactor_webauthn release with Nextloud 32 support soon.

Change "nextcloud min-version="28" max-version="31"/ to nextcloud min-version="28" max-version="32"/" (the 31 to 32) in the info.xml in my case the info.xml is in /var/www/nextcloud/apps/twofactor_admin/appinfo/

There's already a pull request with a fix in #430 but it needs to be approved by one of the owners of this repository. Hopefully @ChristophWurst or @Altahrim can get around to approving it soon.

Sorry for the late release. I'll work on it today.

#430 is incomplete because test handling was changed a bit NC 32. I completed it in #431.
