Race-condition in App.vue for loading tables and shared views #3062

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a table which is shared with you and contains views shared with you and reload multiple times

Expected behavior

Table and all views should show at every reload

Actual behavior

Sometimes only the table is shown, the views are missing. This comes from a race-condition in

Depending which request wins (loadTablesFromBE or loadViewsSharedWithMe), the shared views are either there or not.
loadTablesFromBE -> loadViewsSharedWithMe -> All Fine
loadViewsSharedWithMe -> loadTablesFromBE -> Views missing (as loadTablesFromBE starts with an empty views array and therefore overwrites the already set views from loadViewsSharedWithMe)
