when searching. results from external storage that has been changed outside of nextcloud do not show.
also when doing searches. external storage should be rescanned to be able to find new files that might have been added in the background.

when doing searches. external storage should be rescanned to be able to find new files that might have been added in the background. inform the user that this can take some time.

Additional context
external storage might live on samba share even if mapped in trough local storage. i have my proxmox host connect to the samba share. and map it in trough a lxc container, then in to docker aio.
connecting nextcloud directly to samba was unreliable.
