Poll archived by accident now cannot be restored, copied, or exported #4316

What went wrong, what did you observe?
I had a public poll that expired that I archived. My intent was to back it up and export it. Now I can't restore it, clone it, nor export it. My poll is unactionable and all the poll entries have been replaced with "Jan 70 1 Thu" instead of their real names, with the date being 55 years ago (looks like Unix epoch).
What did you expect, how polls should behave instead?
The poll should look as it did before archiving and be able to be unarchived, exported, and cloned.
What steps does it need to replay this bug?
- Create a public poll.
- Archive the poll.

No errors have been found.Additional Information
In the console logs I see that https://myserver/nextcloud/index.php/apps/polls/poll/6/toggleArchive is returning a 500 error.
The error looks similar to #4300 but unlike that issue, I can open this poll. However, the information in the poll is not fully correct and I can't unarchive it.
