Configure Standard-View for mobile #3687

Describe the goal you'd like to achieve
As a poll owner, I want to be able to configure the standard-view for mobile users to either list or grid view, because some users want see the names of other poll participants directly and might not understand the possibility to toggle between list- and grid-view via Button.
Describe possible solutions
Sadly, I cannot give a technical proposal for a possible solution, but it could be placed under Configuration->Poll-Configuration.

When I decided to use Polls, the mobile version was with the list view by default. Now it's the grid view and I don't like it.
Is it possible to go back to the list view or add the functionnality suggested by @hheinen?

The list view should always be preferred, if the viewport is from a mobile device. It looks broken, I will check and probably fix that.

With #4328 merged you can define the forced view of a poll als initial view mode. But it does not differentiate between mobile or desktop usage. The setting will affect both usages.
Maybe not exactly what you requested, but the closest possible solution.
