Add ability to favourite teams #2904
Description
It should be possible to favourite teams, both from the home page and from the team page.
Favorite teams bubble up in a dedicated section of the home page, and should also bubble up in the teams switcher.

And @marcoambrosini I've now created two tables for the first round: “Favorite Teams” and “Teams.” This way, I think users will have a clear distinction and be able to navigate the site more easily.
Have you thought about how we should handle the team picker? Should the favorites maybe be more visible, perhaps with a heart or something like that? So far, I've only changed the order: Favorites > Teams

to differentiate, I think a yellow filled star with the same color we have in talk would be great.
For the captions, I would just use the word "Favorites", without the word "teams" after it
In the teams switcher we could have a little star attached to the team avatar, just like we have in Talk. I think there should be a slot for it in the
NcAvatarcomponent already.We do not need captions there obviously.

Actually probably the best location for the star is bottom right, so it won't truncate the team name further, for longer team names.

Call notes: for sorting we need a
...NcActionsmenu withNcActionButtonsfor the actions "Move up" "Move down". At this point the star could. become a third action button "Favourite", and display a star on the avatar like in the menu.
