Embed the upstream v0.73.0 ProviderIcon SVGs for clawrouter, ibmbob, langdock, lithosai, museai, synthetic and workbuddy so the serve dashboard shows their brand icons instead of the neutral dot.

codexbar serveshowed a neutral dot for the 7 providers added in #817. This adds their brand icons to the dashboard.ProviderIcon-*.svgfiles for clawrouter, ibmbob, langdock, lithosai, museai, synthetic and workbuddy. Each file is byte-identical to upstream (checked withgit hash-object).currentColorvariant.currentColorupstream, so inside an<img>they render dark. 31 existing dashboard icons already behave this way, and upstream embeds them the same way.Commands run
cargo test --manifest-path rust/Cargo.toml: 4035 passed. The only 2 failures were the stale "no icon" assertions this PR replaces. After the fix, thecli::servetests pass (137).cargo clippy --manifest-path rust/Cargo.toml --all-targets -- -D warnings: cleancargo fmt --all -- --check: cleanNo UI proof.
