Feature Request: Apply tag to multiple entries

Maybe this is possible already, but if so I couldn't figure it out.

Is it possible to tag multiple items at once?

I have been thinking about this, but have not determined a reasonable way to do it.

1. Visual-line-mode keymap, this is easier to implement, and more vim-like, but can only operate on items next to each other.
2. A select mode like in telescope, this is interactive, but could be hard to do.
3. A more global command like query, like g/vim !emacs/tag:star

Now that I have written this out, they don't seem to have much conflict, maybe will implement them all.

use dot to repeat last command can very easy to set tags in items.
