Noticed the following mistake:
Chapter 8.6.1:
Save typing by using with()
with(health, height / weight ^ 2)
[1] 0.00036 0.00039 0.00039 0.00031 0.00025
As you can see, the results are identical.
è Height and weight are switched around in the BMI formula, so the results aren’t identical and don’t make sense!
Additionally, I found these minor placeholder mistakes:
· Chapter 13.1: “The results are below, and a Pirateplot of the data is in Figure ???“
· Chapter 15.5.1: “For example, the following code will create the scatterplot on the right (Figure~???“
· Chapter 15.2.1 Estimating the value of diamonds: “We’ll start with a simple example using a dataset in the yarrr package called .”
