This program allows a user to specify an input file containing the list of the named CSS colors as a command line argument. In this way, the user is able to specify any list of colors, not only the ones supported by CSS. The program allows the user to enter a hexadecimal color value and then returns the corresponding RGB value and the color name, if it exists.
