Matches nasty-csi's toolchain; 1.27.3 includes the crypto/x509 emSign denylist (GO-2026-6809).
goconst in golangci-lint v2.14 flags these; no behaviour change.

Raises the
godirective from 1.26.10 to 1.27.3 to match nasty-csi. 1.27.3 carries the crypto/x509 emSign denylist (GO-2026-6809).Linting on Go 1.27 needed a newer golangci-lint:
DATASET,PROTOCOL,TYPE,VOLUME_ID), map keys (name,summary), thekubectl-nastyname and the troubleshoot check names. These are now constants. No behaviour change.Verified:
go build,go vetandgo test ./...pass locally,golangci-lintv2.15.0 reports 0 issues locally, and CI Lint and Unit Tests pass.
