moved font provider and font metric users to local context - #35430
The engraving font provider now uses context-scoped registration and ownership. Engraving, rendering, UI, and import/export code resolve fonts through score or item contexts and pass contexts to font metrics. Test environments now set the context provided by ScoreRW. Diagnostic drawing and image rendering also pass contexts to their drawing components. The muse_framework submodule URL, branch, and muse revision change.
Priority: Low
Merge Risk: Moderate · up to 0d6cf
The PR still fails submodule validation and can retain loaded font resources in non-Qt environments; both should be fixed before merging.

Restore the canonical submodule URL.
The submodule check rejects https://github.com/alexpavlov96/muse_framework.git and requires https://github.com/musescore/muse_framework.git. This change makes the CI submodule check fail and blocks validation. Restore the official URL, and keep alex/fonts-context only if that branch exists in the official repository.

Remove symbol fonts from FontsDatabase.
FontProvider::removeSymbolFont(int) ignores its ID. EngravingFont::~EngravingFont() calls this method after addSymbolFont() has inserted the device into FontsDatabase::m_fonts. In non-Qt builds, a long-lived context can therefore retain devices and stale records for fonts with distinct FontDataKey values until the database is destroyed.
Use the ID to recover its FontDataKey and call FontsDatabase::removeFont(), or change the removal API to receive the key.

Land the framework change on upstream main before updating the gitlink.
The muse gitlink points to ee2bbb3fa44f367f81cac8c3e670829859160901, which is four commits ahead of upstream main and is not its ancestor. The unchanged ancestry check therefore fails independently of the submodule URL check.
Land that exact commit on upstream main so it becomes an ancestor. If upstream squashes or replaces the change, update the gitlink to the resulting commit on upstream main. Restoring the URL alone does not fix this check.

This possibly doesn't compile, at least not in non-unity build; should be moved to the constructor in .cpp, like the other ContextInjects here
