Store ChordLine edits as grip offset properties instead of layout data - #35259
Manually edited ChordLines were either missing entirely from a part or shown without the edit. That's because the user-edited shape was kept in ChordLine::LayoutData::path together with an m_modified flag that told the layout not to regenerate it. Layout data isn't copied when cloning into parts, and property propagation didn't set the flag.
This was patched in #34787 for 4.7, but this PR replaces that with an alternative, deeper fix:
The user's edits are stored as four real properties, Pid::BEZIER_OFFSET*. They are shared with SlurTieSegments (renamed from SLUR_UOFF*). They are absolute offsets, rescaled on spatium and staff size changes.
Layout builds the default shape (in Spatium units) and adds the offsets. The whole shape is scaled by chord mag (e.g. for small & grace chords). m_modified, m_lengthX and m_lengthY are removed (the last two weren't actually used for anything).
Dragging a grip only changes its offset, so undo, cloning into new parts and propagation to existing parts work like any other property.
When an edit is propagated to an existing part with a different spatium, the offsets are scaled to the part. For this, I added a virtual, EngravingItem::propertyValueForLinkedItem(), used where a property is copied to linked items. It defaults to the value unchanged and only ChordLine overrides it (for now?).
Saving writes <o1>–<o4> (like SlurTies) instead of <Path>. Old files' <Path> is converted to bezier offsets on read.

Walkthrough
ChordLine now represents shape changes as four grip offsets. Layout builds chord-line paths from default points and those offsets. Legacy readers convert path data to offsets, and the writer serializes offsets as properties. The change also removes the PATH property and the EngravingItem.path API. Slur-tie segments now use the general Bézier offset properties. Tests cover editing, rendering, serialization, legacy conversion, part propagation, undo, and reset.
Priority: Normal
Severity of issue fixed: Medium
Merge Risk: Low · previous review 6ce83
Normally written legacy scores use the expected tag order. Reordered legacy XML can still load an altered chord-line shape; this is a bounded compatibility risk to accept or fix before merging.

Convert legacy <Path> after reading subtype.
defaultPoints() depends on subtype, but readChordLinePath() converts the path before later ChordLine properties are read. If an accepted legacy file places <Path> before <subtype>, the stored grip offsets can describe a different shape and persist that change on save. straight does not affect defaultPoints().
The legacy writer emits <subtype> before <Path>, so this affects only files with a different accepted ordering. Preserve the legacy points and convert them after all ChordLine properties are read.
