This PR enables support for building CPython 3.15 wheels by updating munich-quantum-toolkit/workflows. We cannot start testing on Python 3.15 just yet because several dependencies (including
numpyandscipy) do not yet provide CPython 3.15 wheels.Checklist
I have added appropriate tests that cover the new/changed functionality.I have updated the documentation to reflect these changes.
