Adds MuJoCo-style keyboard shortcuts through viser commands: space, N, and backspace for play/pause, step, and reset, C/F/P/J/I/V/M/U for visualization flags, 0-5 for geom groups, and escape for the free camera. Shortcuts whose MuJoCo keys viser can't bind yet (equality, auto-connect, site groups, camera cycling, speed) are registered as commands without hotkeys, so they're reachable from the command palette and can get their keys once viser supports them. Also adds a dropdown for the model's cameras, turns camera tracking off by default, and keeps the view in place when tracking is turned off. Split out of #21.
