Migrate all 1,484 docs demos to docs-infra modules across Data Grid, Charts, Date Pickers, Tree View, Chat, Scheduler, shared concepts, migration guides and the error decoder. Replace markdown references and generated JavaScript/previews while preserving helpers, demo options and sandbox exports. Migration tooling stays local.

Use published docs-infra 0.13.1-canary.28 from merged mui/mui-public#1947 and material-ui previews at 40645cf. Remove the local docs-infra export/precompute patch and temporary API-extractor override. Core-docs factory aliases, font compatibility and sandbox hooks remain pending mui/material-ui#49464. Render toolbar controls in the initial HTML; live demo content stays lazy. Persistent-preview TBT changes remain stashed for separate PRs.

Rebase onto bc75f0d643, preserving master's demo content and dependency/tooling updates. Include 16 new demos. Keep the nine Scheduler experiments at their new flat paths; all five experiment routes match master exactly. All demo moves, source markers, generated entries, markdown references and moved-demo consumer imports remain in the final commit, 63cb111243.

Validation: frozen install and dedupe pass. Docs TypeScript, full ESLint, formatting and nine native loader/migration tests pass with the installed provider package. Additional artifact checks cover resolver omissions, pinned peer versions and deferred reuse with undefined options. The 1,484 demos remain unchanged; the prior 1,647-file source audit still applies. Production build passes: 733 pages, zero broken links across 111,253 links. All eleven migration browser checks and five new-demo smoke checks pass. The npm release matches all 820 code/declaration/style files of the preview validated by that build and browser run. Fresh registry install, dedupe, docs types, lint and native loader/export checks pass. No full-site rebuild or performance rerun was needed for this byte-identical release replacement.

Historical performance, before this rebase: five alternating mobile Lighthouse pairs per page compared deployed master fdd6b2ba60 with migration 59ca5c4730. Grid columns TBT 531→798ms; row grouping 1392→1252ms; Charts axis 899→791ms; lines 663→736ms. CLS medians were zero. The no-regression target remains unmet; these are not measurements of the current branch.

A later local toolbar comparison found median TBT 607→710ms on Grid columns and 626→678ms on Charts lines, with gzip HTML increasing 4.8 KB/7.4 KB and CLS remaining zero. Those samples also predate this rebase. Current performance requires a fresh deployed comparison.

Why is this even more files to review? Wouldn't it make sense for most of these to come from build time instead? 🤔
