Add MoxMythic to Powered Applications; switch avatar to SVG - #731

The patron entry landed in #707 with the 512px PNG fallback, but the Powered Applications listing from the same request was never added and the vector the requester attached went unused. Adds the applications.json entry and replaces avatar-moxmythic.png with the SVG, normalized to match the other SVG avatars in the directory. The patron half of that request shipped in #707 (Uncommon, since 2026-06), but the Powered Applications listing was never added, and the SVG the requester attached alongside the PNG fallback went unused. This finishes both.
applications.json— new MoxMythic entry, inserted between Metadeck and MTGCardFetcher to keep the file's case-insensitive alphabetical order.avatar-moxmythic.svg— the vector from the issue, with the XML prolog, Illustrator generator comment, andid/baseProfile/versionattributes stripped so it matchesavatar-tcgstrat.svgand the other SVG avatars. Path data untouched.avatar-moxmythic.png— removed;patrons.jsonnow points at the SVG and nothing else referenced the PNG.npm run buildpasses.Note: the icon is a solid
