Refresh patrons from 2026-09 roster; add EvoMarket to Powered By - #729

Add Mihail Morosan (mythic); Draftsim and TableCommander (rare, both with links); Richard Jarrell (uncommon). Correct TCG Snoop's start date to 2026-04. Remove Yianna and missive, who moved to the $0 free tier, and Ethan Klein and Alex Yang, who churned. None have an application to move to Powered By. Add EvoMarket to MTGJSON Powered Applications.
