Add folio.fyi to Patreon supporters

Closes #723.

Adds folio.fyi to the Patreon supporters list at the rare tier, since 2026-08, with the logo from the issue attachment and a link to https://folio.fyi.

• docs/.vitepress/theme/static/patrons.json — entry placed in the rare block after Alex Yang, preserving the file's tier-then-date ordering
• docs/public/images/avatars/avatar-folio.png — 500x500 logo from the issue

Note: the issue left the tier/start-date field blank; rare / 2026-08 was chosen by @ZeldaZach. The issue gave http://folio.fyi/, which redirects to https://folio.fyi, so the https form is used to match the other entries.

The supplied logo is opaque black with no alpha channel, so it renders as a black square in the supporters grid. The issue mentions a second logo was emailed — if that one has transparency it may look better.
