Simple compose.yaml that can be used to spin up our beagle services locally.
Requires some setup - especially the postgresdb and fixtures loading - but does allow interaction with main beagle interface to run tests and update code without requiring extensive configuration for other services like celery, rabbitmq, etc.
Tested and used on local machine.
