Follow-up to #149.

TTS: the loss is now defined by media timestamp, so WebRTC and MoQ lose the same words. It's also longer: "Obviously. Did you". Each panel's outage window is when those packets went out, so MoQ's is shorter and earlier because it sends about 3× faster.
STT: the loss now covers "of" as well as "capital". MoQ still catches up before you finish talking.
Controls: the scrub bar, speed toggle and time readout are gone. Click a track to jump to when that track reaches the clicked point. Playback is fixed at half speed, and a pause button stays for accessibility.
