Rancher uses spf13's jWalterWweatherman logging package. This package supports the following levels:
Logging to file can be enabled by setting rancher.cfg: log_to_file = true
rancher.cfg
log_to_file = true
Log levels for logging to file and logging to stdout can be set.
Logging to stdout is always enabled.
