Docs: the new shapiq logo - #647

Applies the shapiq logo kit as its rebrand guide describes:
- the logo: the kit's drop-in logo_shapiq_{light,dark}.svg and shapiq.ico
replace the old ones, and the horizontal logos join them for the README.
The README's header logo follows the viewer's theme.
- the docs' brand palette: the logo colors in tokens.css, the new ink tokens
--brand-ink-red and --brand-ink-blue, and furo's brand colors in conf.py
(link colors with at least 4.5:1 contrast in both themes).
- the gallery thumbnails: the 17 SVGs in the new logo colors, and the 11 PNG
thumbnails rendered again from them (Chromium, which reproduces the old
PNGs pixel for pixel from the old SVGs).
The plot colors (src/shapiq/plot, the FIxLIP demo, the timeline) stay: they
encode positive and negative attributions, not the brand.
The landing page's springy logo (_static/js/logo.js) needs no change: the
new files keep the players, line caps and lines as direct children of one
group, at the same positions, radii and widths as before, so the players,
their springs and the lines that follow them are the same.

The unreferenced logo_shapiq_{light,dark}.png may still be linked from
outside the repository: they now show the kit's stacked logo (1024 px wide).

This applies the new shapiq logo kit, following its
rebrand.md.tokens.cssand furo's colours inconf.py. The 17 gallery SVGs are recoloured, and their 11 PNG thumbnails are re-rendered from them.src/, the FIxLIP demo, the timeline).logo.jsneeded no change.
