Description (What does it do?)

Needed a very large contract to test out some poor performance with the v2/courses API, so I asked Claude to come up with something and here it is.

This creates a large B2B contract setup:

• A bespoke contract and org
• A set of courses - 20 in total, with source courses for each
  • Default/public variant is en/Full/Original
  • B2B variants are included - for each language in en/fr/ja, it generates one Full for each industry and one Short w/ no industry
  • Total of 15 source runs per course, or 300 total runs across all 20 courses
• One program with all 20 courses listed as requirements
• Contract set up with support for the available variants
• Program added to the contract, so it has contract runs for all variants within all 20 courses, as well as all the necessary products and discounts to make B2B enrollment work

Courses are created without touching edX, by design. The API testing that was being done didn't depend on edX, so this doesn't either. It does mean that enrolling will "fail" (because there's no course to enroll in).

This is pretty bare-bones as is - it will always create the same set of courses. It doesn't create any CMS pages for anything either; no financial assistance forms or tiers, either. (The public course runs are also not necessarily purchasable as-is; you'll have to update the runs and the products if you want them to be.)

How can this be tested?

Run the command. It should do the things described.

Additional Context

Draft because it'd be better to parametrize some of this stuff and add in a few more options before it undergoes review. But this could be useful now so I thought it'd be better to get it off of my own computer and somewhere where it can be lifed out for others to use.

You should be able grab this out of here and drop it into the right folder to use it. Or you can do git cherry-pick -n dcef1d20c030922f372729c7e02e2ea88d92a26e but be advised that this will stage this for committing.
