Publishes the dependency-only adapter carrier for Engine 0.4.3. The adapter remains runtime-identical; package 0.5.13 now pins the verified Engine gap-recovery release and records its exact source/archive provenance.
Validation: 380/380 tests, publish dry run, frozen 247-file candidate, strict clean consumer with one byte-identical Engine, local ordinary and indexed-sparse Chromium gates, and fresh Astra medium PASS. The required macOS OPFS Chromium/WebKit workflow remains the merge gate.
