Engine 0.4.1 can relabel a retained managed-spectrum publication as pending before a slow subscriber receives it, which makes the app's EQ graph reset. Engine 0.4.2 fixes that publication metadata contract; this dependency-only adapter release pins the verified SDK and updates package/provenance identities without changing adapter runtime code.
