The quantisation row still called toFixed, which prints the other way on an exact half. Two decimals and the trailing-zero trim stay.

The quantisation row printed bits per weight with
toFixed. An exact half went the other way from the card (6.125as6.13). It now usesgoFixed: two decimals, then the trailing zeros drop, so6.5625stays6.56and4.5stays4.5.Stacked on #5. One commit.
