The What's new in Aspire 13.6 page documents a breaking change — portable connection-string environment variable names (logical vs physical names, e.g. my-db → ConnectionStrings__my_db) from microsoft/aspire#19729 — but there is no docs page for the naming rules and migration guidance. The LearnMore previously pointed at a repo spec file (docs/specs/connection-properties.md), which we don't want to ship as a customer-facing link.
In the 13.6 what's-new source (src/frontend/src/content/docs/whats-new/aspire-13-6.mdx), the LearnMore in the "Portable connection-string environment variable names" breaking-change section is now disabled (commented out) with a TODO pointing at this issue. Once a docs page (naming rules + migration) exists, re-enable and link it there.
