Release 0.20.15 combines the approved Settings baseline (#193) with published Core wheel adoption (#192). Settings opens around everyday tasks, preserves advanced controls and authored configuration, and improves connection setup, Smart Tools, appearance and overall update status. App and worker installation use published Core binaries, migrating only the previous app-owned Git default.
The memory suggestion runner, further Settings refinements, updater performance work and full canvas version history are outside this release. Spark-1 continues using the published-release updater.
Validation: 324 frontend tests and a versioned production build; 137 integrated backend/release regressions; wheel/source build verification and locked metadata checks. Core was separately qualified on macOS ARM64 and both Linux architectures, including real worker tests and official binary hash verification. The Settings owner validated the approved baseline in an isolated Spark-2 instance and refreshed focused local browser acceptance against current main.
