What changed
After one hard-fit rebuild remains oversized, preflight response caps 50/40/30/20/10 percent then 1k. Caps below 10k add a view-only system reminder for the model to visibly report degradation and suggest new session; no input omitted and no hooks rerun; finalization parity.
Why
Keep affected sessions working safely while full context is retained and a longer-term context-budget solution is developed.
