Add support for "?$search" query option in Vipr

?$search isn't supported
Example:  GET ~/pages?$search=disney
 Search isn't supported. We would use this similar to .Expand("string"), where a string is passed in and then URLEncoded into the query param.

We should also add support for the corresponding search capability annotation at the same time! ☝🏻
