Fix hostname-era Agentlet Profile compatibility

Summary

• resolve connected Agentlets by exact ID, then by a unique legacy hostname
• apply the resolved UUID consistently to Profile availability, device counts, Profile operations, Utility status, and ACP session recovery
• preserve persisted Profiles and workload records while rejecting absent or ambiguous hostname matches

Follow-up hotfix for #268; progresses #267.
