MCP model_export: the export document over MCP - #45

An agent with no shell could not hand mgtt's model to a checker outside mgtt: the export was a command only. The authoring toolset now returns the resolved model as mgtt model export --json emits it, from a model by path or inline, reading no live system and writing nothing. The downstream harness chains it as an agent would: model_export, then mgtt2writ mcp's mgtt_to_writ with the document exactly as it came back, then writ check on the model that wrote. The minishop model certifies, as it does through the pipe. The mgtt2writ pin moves to the commit that serves mgtt_to_writ.

mgtt2writ mcp), which is stacked on mgt-tool/mgtt2writ#3. Merge those two first: the harness pin points at #4's head,eb0dbbd.What changes
