deps: upgrade Better Auth to 1.6.30

We wanted to move to Better Auth 1.7, but the Convex component blocks it: @convex-dev/better-auth@0.12.5 (the latest release) pins its peer dependency to better-auth >=1.6.11 <1.7.0, and its adapter doesn't implement the atomic consumeOne/incrementOne operations that 1.7 requires — forcing 1.7 would break authentication in the Convex backend at runtime. Support is in progress upstream in convex/better-auth#430 but hasn't been released.

So this takes us to 1.6.30 instead, the latest release the Convex component supports, picking up the patch and security fixes shipped since 1.6.25. better-auth, @better-auth/expo, and @better-auth/drizzle-adapter move together in packages/auth.

When a @convex-dev/better-auth release supports >=1.7.1, the remaining 1.7 migration for this repo is small: we use none of the plugins with breaking changes (no oidcProvider, two-factor, SCIM, SSO, or MCP). The main items will be the Expo integration's move to async SecureStore reads and the Convex account-issuer data migration.

Verified with a clean bun install (no peer warnings) and a passing adamantite check; the lockfile diff touches only Better Auth packages and their transitive dependencies (better-call, rou3, @better-auth/utils).
