• NoteBook.Core — shared models and storage/services for working with notes.
• NoteBook.App — CLI that exposes notebook commands (list, add, view, etc.).
• NoteBook.Desktop — WPF desktop UI that resembles Notepad but keeps a persistent list of notes.

Running the apps

# CLI
dotnet run --project NoteBook.App -- list

# Desktop (opens a window)
dotnet run --project NoteBook.Desktop

Notes are stored as JSON at %APPDATA%\NotebookApp\notes.json, so both front-ends share the same data.
