Ciao! 👋

I'm Matteo, computer scientist turned in Software Engineer (with varius seniority roles during the last 15+ years).
I wrote software in different languages like Scala, Golang and now I landed my attention on Rust.
I'm specialized in data intensive application, mostly in data streaming application, platform engineering, database and storage systems.
I have also spent 10 years in building backend microservices for enterprise and SaaS products.

  • vairedb - DuckDB coordinator with distributed query engine written in Rust
  • cryptors - Cryptographic Rust Library
  • redshift-tool - AWS Redshift tool written in Go
  • minigrep - A tiny grep implementation in Rust
