Crabby only needs a CLAUDE.md; git was only ever used to show a branch. Discovery now records any folder containing a CLAUDE.md and stops at the first one on each branch of the tree, so nested subdirectory context files aren't imported as separate workspaces. When a folder is a git repo its branch is still shown for context.
Read Claude Code's own JSONL session transcripts (~/.claude/projects) to show, per workspace, what Claude is doing, the model in use, tokens spent this session, uptime, and last activity — plus a global usage summary (state counts, working count, tokens today). - New internal/insights package: locates a project's transcripts, reads them incrementally (cached per-file offset) so refreshes stay cheap, and derives model/tokens/last-activity plus a best-effort activity from the transcript tail. Ignores the <synthetic> model marker. - tmux ListSessions now also reports session uptime. - Dashboard shows only fields that are reliably available; never estimates progress or completion. Falls back to plain state when a workspace has no transcript. Everything factual: tokens are input+output (cache excluded); activity is gated on the tmux 'working' signal since it is derived from the transcript tail and can lag the live terminal.
