Anticipated mechanism: OIDC login against the existing Zitadel instance at upgrade time — this would be the product's first identity feature, so scope carefully against the capability-URL model. Add an unlock-source column (stripe vs metsa) for funnel measurement when this lands. Separate OpenSpec change when picked up.
