Replace Open TorroMail with Settings… and select the existing Settings pane before showing the window.
Shorten Quit TorroMail to Quit, matching TorroWhisper.
Localize both menu labels in German as Einstellungen… and Beenden.

Verification

Swift app build and TorroMailKitContract passed under full Xcode.
German strings passed plutil validation.
The preceding window-reopen fix is already merged in PR fix(app): reopen window from menu bar #51.
