fix: get the image build green again - #6

- Mark 06-readonly-root, 07-watchdog and 08-cec run scripts executable; pi-gen silently skips non-executable 00-run.sh, so none of those stages were applied. - Install raspi-utils-core instead of libraspberrypi-bin, which no longer exists on Trixie (raspi-utils-core ships vcgencmd). - Smoke test: check the kiosk user-unit links with -L. Image builds have failed on every PR since #1. Three separate causes:
test -eon absolute symlinks (/usr/lib/systemd/user/...), which resolve on the CI host rather than inside the mounted image. Nowtest -L; the target is still checked inside the image.06-readonly-root,07-watchdog,08-cec00-run.shwere committed as100644, and pi-gen skips non-executable run scripts (Skip .../00-run.sh (not executable)), so the read-only root, watchdog and CEC setup were missing from the image.libraspberrypi-binhas no installation candidate on Trixie; replaced byraspi-utils-core, which shipsvcgencmd.Part of MAD-797.
