• Resume from the furthest of the episode's list position, unsynced offline progress, and the server position.
• Play-start no longer overwrites newer unsynced progress in the offline queue.
• Flush the offline queue on play and when the app returns to the foreground.
• Remove the pause/stop upload that sent session time as the position.
• CarPlay now plays through the tracked path (like Android Auto), so progress syncs.
• Skip gzip for audio and video responses.
