When an episode already has saved progress, asking to play it from the beginning can still start at the old position. For example, an episode saved at two minutes starts at two minutes again instead of 00:00.
This change starts explicit replay requests at 00:00. Normal Resume continues from saved progress, including progress updated while the app is checking the server.
Validation: 266 Flutter tests pass on this branch, including replay, resume, and a progress update during the server lookup. All 271 Flutter tests pass when combined with #1011; the analyzer passes the repository's error gate. Device smoke testing is pending, and GitHub Actions await maintainer approval. No new dependencies.
Related to #733. This fixes replay-from-start; cross-device progress synchronization and end-of-episode behavior in that issue remain separate work.
