Don't enable gravatars by default

Currently, there's a gravatar displayed next to the username in the left hand burger menu. I don't want to use that. I'm self-hosting so that my info, here my e-mail (and maybe more?), isn't given for free to a corporation like auttomatic.

Fixed in #1039 - I agree with you. Gravatar is now a setting and it's off by default. You can turn it on in your user settings if you want it. Will be released officially with the next release coming soon.
