[BUG] Lytics extension sometimes fails to pin domain on first try #80

Describe the bug
When enabling the Lytics Chrome extension and attempting to configure a domain, the domain does not always get pinned on the first attempt. The issue occurs intermittently and cannot be consistently reproduced.

To Reproduce

1. Enable the Lytics Chrome extension.
2. Go to the extension settings to configure a domain.
3. Enter a domain and attempt to pin it.
4. Sometimes, the domain is not pinned on the first attempt.

Expected behavior
The domain should be pinned successfully on the first attempt every time a user configures it in the extension.
