Task Summary
Rebuild the logic for detecting the Lytics SDK and displaying its configuration, ensuring it works seamlessly with the new V2 architecture.

Implementation Notes

The detection logic should run in the background script.

The script should listen for window.lytics or a specific event from the page to identify the SDK.

The detected version and config details should be sent to the UI via a message-passing system.

The UI component for this feature should display the data in a clear, readable format.
