Turborepo's strict env mode filters variables not declared in turbo.json, and Vercel warned that the site's six env vars weren't accounted for. They're read only at request time by the dynamic routes, so they go in passThroughEnv for @polaris/site#build: available to the build, kept out of the cache hash (secrets don't change build output).
