Maintainers of projects

We now have over 60 repositories in our GitHub organisation and are in the process of identifying individual maintainers for the most important and complex modules / themes / repositories. Maintainers can then take a lead on responding to issues, reviewing merge requests and publishing new releases for their projects.

We have a working spreadsheet in Google Docs here where we list the maintainers for each project.
