- Changed INSTALL_INTERFACE to use CMAKE_INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR in CMakeLists.txt
- Updated VBVXConfig.cmake.in to set VBVX_INCLUDE_DIR using PACKAGE_CMAKE_INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR
- Added test_udp_header.cxx to the test executable in tests/CMakeLists.txt
- Included cstdint in header_view.hxx and updated documentation comments
